Gift Aid enables The Cromwell Association to reclaim an
extra 25p on every pound you pay in membership subscription or donation,
so your £20 subscription becomes £25. This is at no extra cost to you
provided you are a UK tax payer and pay income or capital gains tax
equal to the value The Cromwell Association would reclaim.
To enable The Association to make the reclaim please
print out this form and complete the details requested, before signing
and dating it, and sending to the Treasurer as requested below:
