Threat to the Cromwell Museum in Huntingdon

The Association is pleased that Cambridgeshire County Council agreed to extend funding for the Cromwell Museum for a further year and that an independent consultant’s report was commissioned. The council is now following the recommendations and working towards the creation of an independent charitable trust to run the Museum.

Whilst the Association still has a number of concerns regarding the viability of the proposed trust it will work with the council to achieve the objective of a secure future for the Museum.
